Sometimes things don't work the way we'd all like them to, and the CCNet helpdesk is here for those times. All problems with CCNet services are dealt with using help tickets. Whichever way you submit a ticket to the helpdesk, you will be given a ticket number, and this is used both for reference and as a receipt.

If you are experiencing a problem with any part of your CCNet IT service, there are three ways to get help:
